Aimpoint Solutions LLC Registration Policy

Effective 1 August 2020

This document defines the class registration policies of Aimpoint Solutions LLC (ASLLC), a business entity in the State of Florida. ASLLC is also registered to do business in the State of North Carolina. These policies apply to online registrations made for classes advertised on the ASLLC web site, www.aimpoint-solutionsllc.com, or by any other registration process accepted by ASLLC.

Registration.
Registration is only final when full payment for the class has been received by ASLLC. Registration is accepted up to five (5) business days prior to the class start date if the class is still being offered. Later registrations may be accepted on a case by case basis. Contact ASLLC if a substitution needs to be made for a previously registered student.

Fees.
Fees charged for classes include course materials, web-based labs, practice exams if available for that course, and a Certificate of Completion.

Minimum attendance.
Classes may have a minimum attendance requirement based on instructor availability. Please consult the class advertisement for minimum attendance requirements. Registrations made for a class that does not meet the minimum attendance requirement will be refunded or rescheduled in coordination with the student. Students will be advised as soon as a class reaches the minimum attendance required to deliver the class. We encourage students to not make non-refundable travel plans before a class is final confirmed to run.

Schedule.
The class dates and times will be included in the registration confirmation email and are posted on our web site calendar. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early on the first day so you can find our office and to complete any additional registration required or to confirm your connection to our web-based training portal if attending a class delivered online. We make every effort to adhere to the published training schedule. However, some classes may require extended hours to complete the specified training.

Force Majuere.
If the class start date or any day of a class is cancelled, interrupted, prevented, restricted, or interfered with by causes beyond either party's reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), and if the party unable to carry out its obligations gives the other party prompt written notice of such event, then the obligations of the party invoking this provision shall be suspended to the extent necessary by such event. The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, commercial services interruption such as electrical or internet services at the training center, military deployments by instructors or students, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, wars,  strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages, or other labor disputes, or supplier failures. The excused party shall use reasonable efforts under the circumstances to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance and shall proceed to perform with reasonable dispatch whenever such causes are removed or ceased. An act or omission shall be deemed within the reasonable control of a party if committed, omitted, or caused by such party, or its employees, officers, agents, or affiliates.

Cancellation.
We understand that sometimes plans change. In order to manage our classroom and instructor resources as efficiently as possible, please follow these instructions to cancel a class registration. Registrants are responsible for cancelling attendance in writing. Cancellations must be made prior to fifteen (15) calendar days before the class start date. Please send cancellation notifications by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line to insure prompt attention. Cancellation requests that are not made prior to fifteen (15) calendar days before the class start date will not be eligible for any refund. Failure to attend the class constitutes a forfeit of the registration fee on behalf of Registrant. Failure to attend the class will make registrant ineligible for refund.

Military personnel with orders that cause the cancellation of their attendance can cancel their registration with full refund up to the start date of the class.

Online classes are considered the same as in-person classes for purposes of cancellation or rescheduling.

ASLLC will make every effort to deliver a scheduled course. However, it may be necessary in certain situations for ASLLC to cancel or reschedule a class. Registrants will receive a full refund of payment if a class is cancelled or if a class is rescheduled for dates that are not acceptable to the student. If a class is cancelled by ASLLC, ASLLC’s liability is limited to the registration fee only.

Rescheduling.
Students may reschedule attendance for the same class on a future date at no additional charge so long as the reschedule request is made more than five (5) business days in advance of the originally scheduled class start date. Seats are first come first serve so if you need to reschedule please review our calendar and communicate your request as early as possible. One reschedule is allowed and it must be for a class scheduled to be delivered within six months of the original class start date.

Changes to this policy.
ASLLC will occasionally update this policy to reflect company and customer feedback. ASLLC encourages you to periodically review this policy to be informed of how ASLLC manages registrations.
