macOS Tech Essentials - Big Sur was custom developed by our resident Apple Certified Trainer and Consultant for IT professionals, network technicians, help desk specialists, and dedicated Mac computer users.

This three day class includes presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on labs that cover the new or revised features of macOS Big Sur, initial setup and configuration, managing user accounts, connecting peripheral devices, network setup, managing security, and troubleshooting applications and system performance.

The daily training follows the Apple Pro Training Series authorized reference book macOS Support Essentials 11 - Supporting and Troubleshooting macOS Big Sur published by Peachpit Press. A copy of the book is included in the price of the course. 

This class is designed as a great prep for the Apple Certified Support Professional Exam (ACSP).
